Morning Humans!! How are my fellow stylists doing out there? We are less than a month out from April 15th, tax due day! Are you one the loves this day, or one that dreads it?

Personally I love it. It’s a way to compare my previous year/years verify my planning and preparing and see how my hard work has paid off or if I need to change things to do better. No year is perfect and I learn something new all the time!

If this time time of year stresses you out, take a step back, are you organized, do you have a budget in place, are you saving? There’s so many questions to ask yourself, don’t stress, ask for help!

Hey humans! Happy St Patty’s Day! When you think of having a day off and going somewhere what do you expect out of customer service? If you’re going somewhere to be pampered, fed, or taken care of in one form or another I am sure you expect the utmost quality of service.

So, how are you performing for your guest? What are you giving them that they can’t recieve elsewhere? Up your game guys, from start to finish, make your client not only look amazing but feel like that time in your chair rejuvenated their life!

My name is Amber Ternet. I’m excited to share what I know about the hair industry. I’ll be providing insights and knowledge about a variety of topics as it pertains to the stylist. This will include aspects of what it is to be behind the chair as well as the business side and thoughts and considerations for techniques and education.
